Use AIVO to see the match more clearly.
Draft effective September 18, 2026. These bilingual release-candidate terms are a practical baseline, not a substitute for review by qualified counsel in the launch countries.

1. Agreement and eligibility
By creating an account or using AIVO, you agree to these terms and the Privacy Notice. The account holder must be legally able to agree and must be an authorized adult for any junior player profile. Do not use AIVO if you do not agree.
2. Product purpose
AIVO records tennis scores and optional observations, produces match statistics, and may provide statistical or AI-generated coaching suggestions. Features described as beta, experimental, preview, or research may change or be withdrawn.
3. Not professional advice or a rules authorization
Suggestions are informational, depend on recorded data, may be wrong, and do not replace a qualified coach, medical advice, safety judgment, or the rules of an event. You are responsible for confirming whether coaching, phones, wearables, or electronic devices are permitted at the match and for using AIVO safely without disrupting play.
4. Accounts and player profiles
Provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and notify support of suspected unauthorized access. You must have authority to create, manage, export, or delete another person’s player profile. One person may not impersonate another or access an account without permission.
5. Premium access and in-app purchases
Premium features may be sold through Apple App Store or Google Play. The purchase screen will show price, billing period, renewal terms, included benefits, and any trial before purchase. Apple or Google bills the store account and applies its payment, cancellation, and refund rules together with applicable law. AIVO does not handle card details. You can manage or cancel a subscription through the applicable store; cancellation normally stops future renewal and does not erase match data. Where supported, Restore Purchases can recover an active entitlement. Losing an entitlement may limit premium features but will not be used to hold locally stored core match records hostage.
6. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, interfere with scoring or security, probe or bypass access controls, scrape the service, upload unlawful or harmful content, violate another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or use AIVO to cheat or violate competition rules.
7. Your data and AIVO intellectual property
You retain rights in the information you enter. You grant AIVO the limited permission needed to host, synchronize, process, and return that information to provide features you select. AIVO’s software, design, brand, models, and content remain protected and may not be copied, resold, or reverse engineered except where law expressly permits.
8. Data quality, calculations, and issue resolution
Scores, statistics, and recommendations depend on the information the user records. Incomplete, late, inconsistent, or incorrect entries can produce incorrect results. AIVO’s scoring and analytics engine is tested against simulated and reference match scenarios, but testing cannot guarantee that every format, sequence, device, or edge case is error-free. Report a reproducible issue to support@aivotennis.com with the match format, score state, actions taken, and result, without sending unnecessary personal information. AIVO aims to acknowledge a complete report within 10 business days, provide a status within 30 days, and use commercially reasonable efforts to investigate and correct verified defects. AIVO is not required to change a result that follows the configured rules or reflects the submitted data.
A calculation disagreement or isolated defect does not automatically entitle a user to a refund, damages, or compensation. Refund eligibility remains subject to the applicable store rules, these terms, mandatory consumer law, and whether a paid feature materially failed to be provided after AIVO had a reasonable opportunity to investigate or remedy it.
9. Availability and changes
Offline scoring is designed to work without network access. Backup, AI, authentication, and store services may be delayed, interrupted, or unavailable. AIVO may improve, secure, limit, or discontinue features and will provide notice when a material change affects paid access or legal rights.
10. Suspension and termination
You may stop using AIVO and delete the account. AIVO may suspend access to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or address a serious breach. Account deletion does not itself cancel an App Store or Google Play subscription; manage that subscription in the applicable store.
11. Disclaimers and liability
To the extent permitted by law, AIVO is provided “as is” and without a guarantee that insights will improve performance or that the service will be error-free. AIVO is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from reliance on scoring or coaching output. Nothing in these terms limits consumer rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Governing terms and contact
The final publisher identity, business address, governing law, dispute process, and launch-country consumer wording must be inserted before public release. Questions can be sent to support@aivotennis.com. If a translated version conflicts with English, the legally controlling version will be identified at launch where permitted by law.

1. Acuerdo y elegibilidad
Al crear una cuenta o usar AIVO aceptas estos términos y el Aviso de Privacidad. El titular debe poder aceptar legalmente y ser un adulto autorizado para cualquier perfil juvenil.
2. Finalidad del producto
AIVO registra marcadores y observaciones opcionales, genera estadísticas y puede ofrecer sugerencias estadísticas o de IA. Las funciones beta, experimentales, preliminares o de investigación pueden cambiar o retirarse.
3. No es asesoramiento ni autorización reglamentaria
Las sugerencias son informativas, dependen de los datos registrados y pueden ser incorrectas. No sustituyen a un entrenador, asesoramiento médico, juicio de seguridad ni las reglas del evento. Tú debes confirmar si se permiten coaching, teléfonos u otros dispositivos.
4. Cuentas y perfiles
Proporciona información correcta, protege tus credenciales y avisa sobre accesos sospechosos. Debes tener autorización para crear, administrar, exportar o eliminar el perfil de otra persona. No suplantes ni accedas a cuentas sin permiso.
5. Acceso premium y compras en la app
Las funciones premium pueden venderse mediante App Store o Google Play. Antes de comprar se mostrarán precio, periodo, renovación, beneficios y prueba aplicable. Apple o Google factura y aplica sus reglas de pago, cancelación y reembolso junto con la ley. AIVO no maneja tarjetas. Administra o cancela la suscripción en la tienda correspondiente y usa Restaurar compras cuando esté disponible. La pérdida del acceso premium puede limitar funciones, pero no se usará para bloquear los registros básicos guardados localmente.
6. Uso aceptable
No interfieras con la seguridad o el marcador, eludas controles, extraigas datos masivamente, cargues contenido ilegal, vulneres derechos o privacidad ni uses AIVO para hacer trampa o infringir reglas.
7. Tus datos y propiedad de AIVO
Conservas los derechos sobre la información que introduces y autorizas su uso limitado para prestar las funciones elegidas. El software, diseño, marca, modelos y contenido de AIVO siguen protegidos.
8. Calidad de datos, cálculos y resolución de incidencias
Los marcadores, estadísticas y recomendaciones dependen de la información registrada por el usuario. Los datos incompletos, tardíos, inconsistentes o incorrectos pueden producir resultados incorrectos. El motor de AIVO se prueba con partidos simulados y escenarios de referencia, pero ninguna prueba garantiza que todos los formatos, secuencias, dispositivos y casos extremos estén libres de errores. Informa un problema reproducible a support@aivotennis.com indicando formato, marcador, acciones y resultado, sin enviar datos personales innecesarios. AIVO procura confirmar un informe completo en 10 días laborables, dar un estado en 30 días y realizar esfuerzos comercialmente razonables para investigar y corregir defectos verificados. AIVO no tiene obligación de cambiar un resultado que siga las reglas configuradas o refleje los datos enviados.
Una discrepancia de cálculo o un defecto aislado no genera automáticamente derecho a reembolso, daños o compensación. La elegibilidad depende de las reglas de la tienda, estos términos, la ley obligatoria de consumo y de si una función pagada dejó materialmente de prestarse después de que AIVO tuviera una oportunidad razonable de investigarla o corregirla.
9. Disponibilidad y cambios
El marcador está diseñado para funcionar sin conexión. El respaldo, IA, autenticación y tiendas pueden interrumpirse. AIVO puede mejorar, proteger, limitar o retirar funciones y avisará sobre cambios materiales que afecten pagos o derechos.
10. Suspensión y terminación
Puedes dejar de usar AIVO y eliminar la cuenta. AIVO puede suspender el acceso para proteger el servicio, investigar abusos, cumplir la ley o atender una infracción grave. Eliminar la cuenta no cancela por sí solo una suscripción; hazlo en la tienda correspondiente.
11. Garantías y responsabilidad
En la medida permitida, AIVO se ofrece “tal cual”, sin garantizar que las recomendaciones mejoren el rendimiento ni que el servicio esté libre de errores. Nada limita derechos del consumidor ni responsabilidades que la ley no permita excluir.
12. Condiciones aplicables y contacto
Antes del lanzamiento se incorporarán la identidad y dirección del editor, ley aplicable, proceso de disputas y texto de consumidor por país. Contacto: support@aivotennis.com. En caso de conflicto entre traducciones, la versión legalmente válida se identificará al lanzar, cuando la ley lo permita.
